Detailed Guide on How to Liquidate a Disbursement
Liquidating a disbursement is a crucial step in the loan management process, signalling the end of the loan agreement between an agent and his customers. This process ensures that all financial transactions are concluded and properly documented. Below is a comprehensive guide on how to successfully liquidate a disbursement.
Step 1: Accessing the Daily Liquidation Page
The first step in the liquidation process involves navigating to the correct page within your management system.
On your dashboard, locate the "Daily Liquidation" option. This can be found on the left sidebar of the interface. It's important to make sure you're in the correct section to avoid any mistakes in the liquidation process.
Clicking on "Daily Liquidation" will take you to a page dedicated to the management and termination of loan agreements. Here, you'll find a list of current disbursements ready for review and action.
Step 2: Selecting Disbursements for Liquidation
With the Daily Liquidation page open, you're now ready to select which disbursements you wish to liquidate.
Look for the table on the Daily Liquidation page. This table contains a list of disbursements that are eligible for liquidation.
Next to each line item in the table, you will see checkboxes. To select a disbursement for liquidation, click on the checkbox corresponding to that entry.
You can select multiple disbursements if needed. This flexibility allows agents to efficiently manage their time and tasks.
Step 3: Initiating the Liquidation Process
After selecting the disbursements to be liquidated, you'll notice a change in the interface.
Upon selecting the necessary checkboxes, a button labeled "Liquidate" will become visible at the top of the table. This button is pivotal as it represents the next step in terminating the loan agreements.
Before proceeding, double-check your selections to ensure that no errors have been made. Mistakes in selection could affect the accuracy of your liquidation records.
Step 4: Completing the Liquidation
The final step in the liquidation process involves the actual termination of the selected disbursements.
Click on the "Liquidate" button to execute the termination of the selected loan agreements. This action triggers the system to finalize the end of these agreements.
Immediately after clicking the button, the Liquidation document will begin downloading. This document serves as official record of the liquidation, detailing the disbursements that have been terminated.
It's important to store this document safely, as it may be required for future reference or audits.
Following these detailed steps, agents can efficiently and accurately liquidate disbursements, ensuring that loan agreements are properly concluded. This not only aids in organization and record-keeping but also supports financial transparency within the operation.
