  1. From the drop-down menu labeled "Select agent," choose the appropriate agent who is responsible for the facility.

  2. Specify the facility amount, which is the base amount.

  3. Enter the bank rate.

  4. Select the start date of the facility from the date picker to mark the commencement of the facility.

  5. Adjust the end date for the facility by utilizing the duration input field, ensuring the facility aligns with the desired time frame.

  6. Fill in the narration field to provide a brief description or notes about the facility.

Pay Facility Fee

  3. Paying Unpaid Fees: Within the facility details, look for the section labeled "Unpaid Fees". Here, you will find listed all the fees pending payment. Each unpaid fee will have a payment toggle next to it. Click this toggle to change the status of a fee from unpaid to paid.

  3. Confirmation Modal: After selecting "Approve," a confirmation modal will appear on your screen. This is a critical step designed to prevent accidental approvals. The modal will ask you to confirm your decision. You will see two options:

    • Click "Yes" to confirm your approval. This action will officially approve the facility and record your decision in the system.

    • Click "Cancel" if you wish to terminate the process. Use this option if you have uncertainties or if you have selected the "Approve" option in error. Choosing "Cancel" will halt the approval process and take no further action.

    • Bank rate

    • Start date

    • Duration in days

    • End date

  4. Adjust Fees: Within the editing interface, you have the option to modify existing fees, add new fees, or remove fees. This flexibility ensures that the facility's financial details are kept current.

Suspend Facility

Complete or Terminate Facility

Completing a facility indicates the end of its operational phase. This action will finalize any pending activities and render the facility's status as "Completed". To complete a facility, follow the procedure below:

  1. Initiate Completion: Navigate to the desired facility on the platform. Use the action button (indicated by three dots) next to the facility to view more options. Select "Mark as completed" from the dropdown menu to initiate the completion process.

  2. Completion Modal: Upon selection, a modal window will appear displaying the expected completion date for the facility. This date is critical as it affects related calculations, such as loan accuracy.

  3. Adjust Completion Date: If necessary, adjust the completion date. Be mindful that changing this date can impact the accuracy of financial calculations, hence only do so if there's a justified need.

  4. Finalize Completion: After ensuring the completion date is correct, click on the "Complete" button to finalize the process. This action will mark the facility as completed in the system.
